They are so many, but the one that comes to mind is an episode when Mr. Burns wanted his goons to beat-up Homer, and when Smithers tells him that they did not give him a beating... Mr. Burns says: "No Beating!? Why that's a hell of a thing!"... I don't know why, but it just sent me into fits of laughter, and my old roommate and I used to say it a lot, and no one else knew what the hell we were on about.

My favorite is from the episode were Homer changed his name to Max Power.

Also I liked when the kids were in the bus racing fruit,
