The upper light does'nt come on. Boat has Main battery and two trolling batterys

Get your self a volt meter,check the voltage of the battery without the charger turned on,now do the same thing with the charger turned on are they the same or is the reading with the charger turned on higher,this will tell you if the charger is working

Check voltage if it's fuse to the battery,Connection to the battery the voltage should be 13+ volts charger on , battery could have issues.There is an isolator or you have a 1=2=3 battery charger there is a fuse on most chargers ???All done with a volt tester.

red light mean,s battery is charging.....green light will come on when fully charged.
