It's good to RECOGNIZE that you are over-analyzing things. When does it advance your life for you, and when does it hinder your life moving forward. Are you thinking about things for thinking's sake? How does it make you feel? How does it affect your relationships with your family and friends? Where will the analysis get you?

There is a point where analysis results in what they call "diminishing returns" - where you reach a point where you are getting no benefit. Pay attention and realize when you reach that critical point. What do you do then? Make a decision to do something about it, drop it, shelve it for later so you have time to marinate that thought in your mind.

Make your analysis skills work for you. Don't analyze for the sake of analysis!

Depends on where you are and if it interfers with what you need to do.
At least, that is my analysis

I do too. Sometimes it's good, sometimes bad.
