Enable disk use in your iPod settings. This way you can drag any songs you want into the iPod and they wont sync off if you delete the song from your library. For videos, they will have to be converted to mp4. go to www.videora.com to find a nice converter for your video files. Same deal with videos, just drag and drop!

Download itunes, and input all movies and songs on into itunes. If your movies dont work convert them with jodix.com. then plug in your ipod and it will put them in automatically

Go to www.itunes.com and download iTunes. Then you want to take your CDs and import them with iTunes. Plug your iPod in with the supplied cable a voila! Its there!
