If you don't like the way you dress now it is easy to change.
1) Inventory the clothes that you do have to see what you really do need. If you have 10 pairs of jeans ... well check that off your list.
2) Weed out the clothes you KNOW you will never wear again. If it is old, stained, or out of date pack them up and donate them to good will or the salvation army.
3) Pick up a couple copies of recent magazines. If you don't have a lot of cash your local library will have a good selection.
4) Pick out looks from the magazines that you could see yourself wearing.
5) Go shopping and get the outfits. There are so many knock off brands that are a lot less expensive than the real stuff... but CUTE at the same time. I would try Target, Kohls, Walmart, ect. if your strapped for cash. But if those stores are too expensive try second hand stores or eBay.
6) Bring a "fashionable" and trustworthy friend along for a second opinion. Tell her/him to be brutally honest. You ARE trying to improve your wardrobe and saying you look good to be nice wont help you any.
Just remember that clothes don't make you who you are. Have fun!

Boot cut jeans are OK, but don't wear T's. Get yourself some cute tops in either knit jersey or polyester cotton. You should get things with a V neck or a scooped neck. Don't get any thing with a high neck line because it doesn't give you a long neck look, also you should get some necklaces, but not the choker ones.

Go shopping and ask for help, say you want to look more feminine. =]
The answer above me is really expensive clothes, well unless your rich. Just go to the mall and shop around for your style, you might not be a prep. Which is what "Hollister" clothes are pretty much.

ohh tuff situation. try a couple skirts, lots of cute camis and some cute tops and jeans. you dont have to go to abercrombie and holister and a.e for cute clothes you know. it is kind of pricy! for easy things to find just check target or justice and u can get em for like 5-10 dollars! then do some more like hollister tops. or try aeropostale and a delias if you can find one by you! delias is my fav!

This may sound silly, but look at the mannequins in the department stores. They're great for ideas sometimes!

I like ladies in jeans. It makes them look more home town like and it doesn't look like they are trying too much but if you are looking to get this men attention, this may well not be what you want
