I think someone like that is kind of annoying because they seem to be like complaining about things and don't do anything about it, which is rather annoying.

He is a lowlife. I would have nothing to do with him. You don't want a confrontation with him. Jerks can always out jerk a nice person. I might ask him sometime, why he talks so ugly. Then I would let it drop. He is like the tar baby that berr bear and berr fox fought. The more you fight him, the more you're going to get stuck.

I find that people who curse a lot do it for a reason and that reason is usually to attract attention to themselves. Whatever the reason initially, it does become a habit in the same way as when someone uses "man" or "you know" or "whatever" as a regular part of their vocabulary.

We have all had the occasion where an expletive spoken loud enough denotes pain or anger in certain situations. It doesn't make it right but it happens nonetheless.

Profanity is the mark of a small mind trying to express itself forcefully.

if he is cursing at his children I would say he's not a very good father. If he really bothers you my dvice to you would be to either talk to him face to face or call child services on him.

That's his choice. He chooses to say those words just like you choose not to. It doesn't necessarily mean he has a problem. He just likes to eat his ice cream a different way.

he's miserable, he hates life, or he has many many regrets that eat him up everyday.
