I'm very big into Christianity, and I heard of Christian rock or alternative rock, but I'm a little naive on the names of Christian rock band. Know any good ones.

There is no other "Christian" band that has accomplished as much, reached as many people and touched as many souls as U2. Born out of four kids from Dublin, three of the band members got into Christianity early on in their career. Recently, bassist Adam Clayton has also expressed his own faith in interviews. The band has sucessfully put a Christian message in a worldly medium without coming across as preachy or dogmatic.

I would recommend "All That You Can't Leave Behind" and "How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb." Those are their last two albums and two of their most spiritual work.

I am not a fan of Christian Rock , and I am not Christian, but...one of my favorite bands of all time is called Sunny Day Real Estate, and they are actually still together as the Fire Theft, they'll rip your heart out and make you cry. All with faith based lyrics of the highest order.
