Yes, there is...in a couple of weeks in fact. The food is ridiculously good, and the high school kids all have booths to raise money for their various school projects, dunking booths, ring toss, etc. Lot of fun.

Yes, there are a couple near my town. My favorite things to do are see the animals, and play the carnival games. Of course I have to get a funnel cake, too!

It just left Sun 7/15 and to go through the livestock barns and look @ all the animals people have invested so much time/money/effort into!

Yes where I grew up it was close enough to walk and I loved all of it. It may sound corny but I think the walk back was the best -- ya know everyone all together talking over top one another in their excitement -- plus that's when I ate my cotton candy :)

well, being in San Antonio, Texas we have a few "parties" through out the year, when I use to go me fave thing was playing all the cheap carnie games, eating till the heart burn would make me spit fire, and of course the most important thing of all ... watching just how good women down here can fill out a pair of wranglers

No, I live in the suburbs of D.C. and we don't have them. I visited one in the country once though and I loved the warm caramel apples.

yes there is one, and I do my best to avoid that area during that time, because things get crazy out there, but if I do go, I like to eat, because you can't get that kind of food yearround here, unless you make it yourself
