The man continues to age no matter what he does. No one will grow younger.
The scenario usually involves relative aging from the time of departure between travelers and non-travelers. It is usually a depiction of a slow-aging traveler compared with the aging of planet potatoes. Upon returning after enough time, he would find all his acquaintances dead and forgotten by those to whom he had returned.

If man were to travel faster then the speed of of light, he would definitely disintegrate. But in regards to aging, man would not grow older or younger

Can't happen, dude. Time dilation occurs UP TO the speed of light. The laws that define time dilation do not allow for travel PAST the speed of light. So, if man ever DOES figure out a way to travel faster than light (which is not possible by our present understanding of the universe), the time dilation equations will likely not prevail.

i assume that you are hypothetically speaking, if you go faster than light you travel past the present and into the future, something that hasnt had happened yet you stay the same age while the univers ages, but according to the theory of rel. the faster you get to the speed of light the slower time is around you, but travels normally else where. for example you travel the speed of light for 3 of "your years" and you age 3 years, but when you return to earth 80,000 years has gone by, so to answer your question, it depends on your point of view, if yuou are the man you age "normally" but if you are the observer the mans age seems to stay the same while you age. In the future you won’t be laughing at us now in the present of your future self since you do not yet know what you will know because you do not know to know it, but later on(to the time yet to come to you that was then but now to whom we are speaking)it will be made known to you and then buddy, you will be sorry for having laughed at what hasn’t had happened.

He cannot go faster than light. He cannot even go at the speed of light if he is in his material body and not converted to a light beam!
But assuming that he succeeds in achieving the speed of light in vacuum (that is important), the time stands still. No, time, no age. Simple.

Einsteins' theory was man would not age as fast as those he left behind. He would age, but at a much reduced rate. Say his 5 years to their 50.

that isn't theoretically possible, because if you approach the speed of light the more energy put forth doesn't increase speed but rather increases mass.
