About how much is your electric, gas, and water bills? If I heat with wood during the winter (living in Michigan), how much will I need, and how much will that cost? If I heat with gas how much will that be? I'll be getting married soon and we're trying to set up a budget. Thanks a bunch! (I live in the US so please give US $ amounts)

It really depends on the size of home you are heating, how many bathrooms. How well the house is insulated. Too many to list.
You can call the local utility company and find out what the past bills were like from the previous owners.
Like I said, it really depends on all of the above.

The only thing, and I mean the only thing you said that gives me the slightly indication of where you live is that you said "flat" which typically means the UK. I live right next to Valley Forge park, Pennsylvania, USA. I rented a place in the nice section and paid double the rent in comparison to my place only 15 minutes towards town. The utilities were NOT including as they were in town. Taxes are much higher for home owners here. Etc etc. You need to ask the landlord what they pay in utilities when they have to cover them when a tenant is not there and try and get an idea of your total cost. Good luck.

In the winter, my bills combined - minus mortgage, television, phone and internet run about $600
In summer, about $400

I PAY MORE ON GAS IN THE WINTER AND LESS IN THE SUMMER. I PAY MORE ELECTRIC IN THE SUMMER THAN IN THE WINTER. IF I HAD TO PICK ONE. I WOULD ONLY DO ELECTRIC. BUT THE STOVES BURN QUICKER WITH GAS, BUT THEY ARE MORE DANGEROUS.
