okay soo people might have read my last question. but whatever. my leg is still pulled, this friday it will be 4 weeks since i pulled it. i need to be able to dance on saturday and sunday! and helpful hints?

by the way, i got this hot/cold stick. it does that but it doesn't really work at all.
as of right right now i am iceing it.

I played softball in high school and I pulled a muscle in my thigh. I didn't play for 3 weeks so it could heel. You just need to take it easy or you will just keep pulling it. There is no quick fix but ice and heat does help!

For muscle injuries, you should use ice for the first couple days and heat after that. The ice is to reduce swelling. Heat promotes blood flow which aids in the healing process.

hannah, just stay off it until saturday and sunday. i mean you walked all the way to starbucks on monday and me you and alena were runnung around alot, to the lion king just cant wait to be king song, lol! yeah. stay off it, ice it, rest it. you know. put an ace bandage around it. idk. come over to my house and you can use a pair of our crutches if you want. just be careful. by the way i texted you a few minutes ago.
