Yes. The mafia did it, and Oswald was a patsy. I lived through this time, and remember it well. The "facts" did not, and do not, add up. JFK's father, Joe Kennedy, earned his wealth by bootlegging. Then the mafia helped Jack become president and he elected his brother Robert as attorney general. The first thing Bobby did was go after the mafia!
(Note: Add to this equation Judith Campbell Exner. She wrote "My Story" claiming to have been JFK's mistress and that she had passed notes between mob boss Giancani and JFK.)
Also, Kennedy wore a brace on his back from an old war injury when his PT boat (109) was hit and sank in the Pacific. The brace made him a sitting duck for bullets, as he was unable to bend down and hide while wearing his brace. The shots that killed him were from more than one gunman, and came from the grassy knowl and bridge above the motorcade in Dallas.
There is a special on PBS (educational channel/Boston) that gave more details than I did here. It definitely was a conspiracy to cover up the truth. Perhaps all these years later, the truth will be revealed out in the open.
Great question!

First of all, no one saw Lee Harvey Oswald shoot the gun that killed JFK. Lee Harvey Oswald was at the movie theatre a few blocks around the corner from where the president was shot. A little background information on Oswald: Oswald was a part of the Marine Corps and the Soviet Union, all of the officers above him wrote on their statements about him said he had the characteristics of a serial killer or a communist. Oswald also agreed with JFK on how discrimination was destroying America. There was a big conspiracy because why would Oswald kill the president who he shared his opinions with? I think that LBJ and the government killed JFK because he seemed a little too eager to become president just hours after the president was shot and killed. I mean, for God sakes, they annointed him to be president on a plane with Jackie in bloody clothes and JFK's body in a coffin beside them. Afterall, LBJ wasn't too thrilled to fill JFK's promises but he did because of MLK and the other leaders reminded him of them. All the people involved in this big conspiracy really exist where everyone kept quiet and no one stepped forward, took it to their graves.

I have read and researched this to the hilt.....I figure that we will never know the truth in our lifetime. Kind of like we thought Christopher Columbus discovered America only to find out it was a lie. But then again I wonder when others decide to leave out important parts of our history to fit their bill. I was in 3rd grade when he was killed. I remember I had a hot-pink and white pinstriped dress that day. Ms. Storm was my teacher and we looked at a speaker in the wall when they announced it. When I came home....my dad said the future of America would forever be changed and made me read and cut out every article about it. He wasn't a Kennedy fan. But he knew history was being changed. I carried around my scrapbook of that for YEARS. Seriously. Heck we had the Beatles and landed on the moon....but I had a ton of things from the Kennedy assination. To this day...I don't know the truth. I wonder when we will.

I know it is a cliche, but I think that it was the person who travaled back in time to save JFK that shot him. Many people will say that they would use a time machine to go back and save JFK, and I bet in the future it will happen. However, what if the person, let's say, got in a struggle with Oswald. All of a sudden his gun goes off, and he kills JFK. Scared, he (or she) runs back to the time machine and destroys it before more harm can be done. I know it sounds wierd, but it could (or will) happen.

Why dig up the past? It's not like he mattered anyway. Supposedly, it was a conspiracy... if you go into detail, they will say that there were actually 3 gunmen, but the fatal shot was actually fired by a cop. the whore monroe, was a mob hit.
p.s. f-u-c-k who disagreed with me!! your opinion dont matter.
