what do i do to get him to stop,i was going through polls and surveys and hit his question,he had a link listed,so I clicked on it and lo and behold I was looking at my profile page!!! 10 points for a solution to my problem( and it cannot be the one whos bugging me)!

This is an old trick. The person is evanesance, right? Ok, the link that was put there automatically takes the user back to their own profile. So if I click it, it takes me to my profile, and when you click it, it takes you to yours. Don't worry, you don't have a stalker.

Someone once posted a question with a request to follow the link and when I clicked on it, it came up as my profile, but it happened to everyone. Somehow they rigged it so that whoever clicked on it saw their own profile. Could this have happened to you?
If this person really is intimidating you, you should let Yahoo know. I would also change my screen name and picture. Good luck- that is scary!

I fell for it too. It is just a generic link that takes ANYONE back to his/her own page. Everybody falls for it. Read all the answers on that Q and you will see what I mean. It's not about you dude.

Is there not a place online that you can turn him in. I would block him and if you can turn him in I would do it asap. There are alot of sickos out there. I think you can also file something through your local p.d. with his screen names and email address.
