I used to work in a factory that had a paint line.....the ovens were several hundred degrees to bake the paint on the parts and they only provided fans and were supposed to rotate people in/out because of the severe heat......notice I said "supposed to". Even w/fans it was well over 130 degrees in summer. The guys/gals on that part of the line prayed for the line to break down! Luckily I also drove a forklift and could get away from it....but I voluntarily went and helped when I could....a bunch of hardworking guys/gals that deserved better..alot better!

I don't work anymore but I still say yes, why not? Well on second thought that would have to depend on where you live, when I lived in Phoenix during the summer it was always over 100, so that would mean no one was working.
