I am about to become part of this agency and i want to know about the acting and modeling buisness

Legitimate Talent Agencies. What do you want to know about the business. Never pay money, they pay you.
If they ask you for money, run as fast as you can and tell your parents they are a scam and asked you for money.

You should NEVER go to a Talent Agency or Modeling Agency unless one or both of your parents are with you.
The modeling industry is full of scams. Be careful.

If you haven't given them any money yet don't. If you did try to get it back. You were robbed. How do I know? There are thousands of qualifed people trying to get agency contracts. They don't just offer them to anyone. Did they approach you in a mall and arrange an audition? It doesn't work that way. Run in the other direction.

Big R. is right about this: you should never pay anyone to get you acting work. (except for extra work) Agents or managers only get a percentage of what you make; they only get paid if you do.
