we feed it a pinch a day and it only eats two flakes is it sick!?

I have 3 fish (1 is a bottom feeder) but if I feed them more than 1 flake a day the tank gets dirty cause they won't eat it. I would say just start small and see how much they'll eat then feed them that much. Also see if you have a fish that likes to snack, like Platies. They like to eat little meals (i feed mine in the morning and evening).

Depends on the fish.
Generally for any fish, if it's eating it and not spitting it out I wouldn't worry. Remove all the uneaten flakes and just feed it 2 flakes a day. If you're concerned that it's sick, look for signs of illness like clamped fins, a dull appearance, scratching itself, parasites, or fungus.

First of all, what are you feeding? WE feed it? How many of you are feeding it, and how often? Maybe it's full? Is it a big fish? Is it even a fish? You don't give us much info to go on.

Maybe it doesn't like the fish food you bought it. Try different brands
