Hmmm... this is a difficult question to answer because I can't honestly answer nothing without checking but if I check then my hands will be in my pockets. I wish that when I read this question I wasn't wearing any pants because then I wouldn't have any pockets and I would be able to answer this question without confusing myself.

My wallet, a jack knife, a tape measure, A flashlight, a lighter, a P-38 (can opener) a folding scissor, dental floss and a sewing needle about 3' of duct tape a notebook and pencil, and a cell phone. Also a small vise grip and a 4-way screw driver.
