GW Bush's intellect has been compared to JFK's--neither were good student, not all that bright, but had great handlers and let people put them in the right places and say the right things. Clinton and Nixon were both impeached and both fairly bright men -- great students in school, too smart for their own good. George HW Bush was a bright (but sort of evil) guy a la Clinton and Nixon. Intelligence does not always make a good President Hoover was bright, John Adams, JQ Adams were really bright but none were particularly good Presidents. FDR was a blithering idiot, but had great handlers, Truman was a moron, Ike was a mediocre guy, LBJ was not the brightest bulb on the porch, Jimmy Carter is still a babbling idiot. Lincoln and Washington were supreme politicians of above average intellect--but not of the prowess of Adams, or others. Good question actually, now Gore and Bush are similar Bush was a C student at Yale and got an MBA at Harvard. Gore was a C- student at Harvard and flunked out of Law School and Divinity School (said he quit, but you usually quit when failing).

Bush= Got into Yale because of his father and only earned C's.
Clinton= Got into Yale and Oxford on his own through his intelligence.
It is Clinton hands down, and if you say Bush is smarter than you truly are an ignorant moron and/or brainwashed drone.

Them Rhode scholars are all a bunch of dummies. It takes real genius like W to start an oil company and have it go bankrupt because it cant find oil in Texas.
