^I collect pewter dragons, I just love them, but alas I'm not a dragon.
This is an interesting question, I never really thought about it, I know when I meditate, I seem to hear and see hawks and wolves, in my mind, I also see the mountain's, sky and land they live in, they seem to be my spirit guides.
They are both carnivores, as am I. They are both cunning and bold which I can be if needed. They are loyal, and sometimes misunderstood. Wolves are wise, I'm street smart as well as book smart. I know you wanted just one, you can see why I had to name two, but if I must, it would be the wolf.

A real animal would be either the bear or the stag. The bear is a nurture and symbolizes care for its young. The stag shows nobility and the ability to decide between fight and flight when needed.
Mythical creature would be an Earth Dragon. I prefer to live outside of cities, close to Mother Earth's bounty of wilderness and will defend Nature when it is threatened.

An Assam Dragon. A player on words. A dragon in my youth. An old male, not quite through with this cycle, but a bit tired.

Well, i'd probably be a cat. because i'm sneaky,i like to stay clean, i love to climb, and i like to pop out from behind a wall at night when they go to the bathroom or get a snack.

For the dolphin, intelligence, contentness, loving of all and the sea, and dedication. The merman for the human side of me, the one that loves the sea and wishes he could live underwater and escape all the troubles of the Earth...
