Carrots, Dandelions, rose hips, Parsley, turmeric, nuts and seeds, whole grains.
All things high in antioxidants, easy list, just aim for color: yellow (squash & bananas), purple (egg plant, peppers, asparagus & beans). Red (apples, cabbage & beets) Greens (leafy or cruciferous) orange (sweet potatoes, oranges)
All these contain Vitamin A, C and E
Things are recommended by herbalist, naturalist and doctors to help and guard against Cataracts.
PS: Dandelions have been used for decades for to improve poor night vision.

Carrots, of course. Leafy greens such as spinach, too. Blueberries will improve your night vision within 30 minutes!

Carrots, or any food with beta karatin.

if you fear your not 20/20 anymore, get glasses for watching tv, reading, computers, etc. it will prevent worse damage.

carrots...or @ least that's what I've heard growing up.

in addition: spinach, broccoli, raw cabbage, cauliflower, sunflower seeds, almonds, flax seeds, blueberries, cranberries...
