You can start dieting and eating healthy.. And start up an exercise regiman.. Pilates is great for toning the muscles..and running, jogging or walking 30 minutes a day is great for the heart and cardio exercising: this site is great for starting up..it helps with the right kinds of foods to eat.and certain types of exercises are benefitial.. its more on the feminine side, but im sure there are certain sections that men could choose.. The most important is exercises then second is eating healthily. Exercise use up your excess energy. Exercise also build up muscle tissues that need to burn energy anytime.
