Questions About A Job Interview?

Hello guys how are you. I have a question about a job interview. When they ask you the question "so why do you want to work here" how am I suppose to reply or what are some good replys im only 17.

And also when you fill out the little survey thing when they ask you questions like if you find a dollar on the ground what will you do with it, and if you saw one of your friends stealing what would you do?

And most of all how do I ace this interview and ensure that I will get this job?

How am I suppose to answer the survey questions?

They want to test your honesty.

If you see a friend stealing, I'd say "I would say something to them and the store. I don't associate with thiefs".

If you saw who dropped the dollar, "I'd return it to the rightful owner." If I found it near a cash register, I would return it to the store because it may have fallen out".

Dishonest people wouldn't answer like this.

Seriously... answer the questions the best you personally can. Regarding the survey, you've got to know they want to think you'd turn in anyone you saw picking up money, and surely you know the right thing to do about the dollar. Tell them what they want to hear, of course... say you'd rat out your friend, turn the dollar in at the desk, and/or try to find the owner; and of course, you want to work there to increase your knowledge of the business, learning from tried and true professionals. DO NOT LAUGH when you say any of that!

When they ask why you want to work there, tell them you want to feel like you are earning your own way through life. When you fill out the survey you either don't pick up the dollar or try to find its owner and you tattle on your friends for stealing. Try to appear like an upstanding citizen (whether you are or not).
