I am trying to see if my boyfriend has another phone hidden under the carpet in the backseat of our truck. I can't figure out how to get to it but I can feel it. It is a 4 door F 150-2006.

Unscrew the screws on the sill plate. That is where you open the door and it is a silver plate that you step over to get in the truck. That will give you some access to the underneath.
You should be able to feel for a phone, without taking the carpet up. It would have to make a hump but to put your mind at ease go for it.
As an after thought, if you distrust this man that much, why don't you leave him and get another boyfriend you can trust?

pull the carpet loose or take up the door sills on it,this should let you access the underneath of it,that would be an odd place to hide a phone though,good luck with it.
