You can get a drivers license if you only have monocular vision (blind in one eye) as long as you can pass the vision test with the other eye. You may be required to have outside mirrors on both sides of the vehicle.
You can not get a CDL for interstate driving unless you have binocular vision!

Yes, I am blind in one eye, and I have my license. I do have to admit that the parallel parking was hard because of my lack of depth perception, but it can be done.
