Also another question. Sorry but how long do blue gouramis and red tail sharks become mature and at full length?

No they're not if you have a large tank and have 10+ then there won't be any particular individual being picked on however any less than that and they are killed one at a time, in the same equation are Black sharks, Chinese algae eaters, and some types of flying fox.

Depends what you mean by mature Sharks are difficult to breed but become sexually mature in there second year. at about 5" and 6" max size for RTB slightly smaller for rainbow/ruby shark and 12" for the Black.
Blue gourami's about 6/9mths before they can be sexed and about 3-4" the difference is noticable and 5" is about max size

No, it's recommended to only have 1 of those sharks to a tank. They will get territorial to each other.

They should be compatible if they are similar in size. You should also be sure you have ample space in your aquarium, and offer lots of plants and decor as "hiding places." I have had these varieties together with no problems. :-)
