They better! But I am getting worried because I thought by now with my computer having 6 or 7 error messages a day that somebody would be sent to my house to take care of it. Where are you Bill?!

Most of the time it's sent to a database, and if it's related to an issue that is recorded and is known from some sort of windows update or such, they send you a link to resolve the issue. (This has only worked successfully for me twice... and I'm a computer tech) Sorry.... I DOUBT anyone actually gives a care about these.

No, but if you email them they will send you an answer to your problem in 3 hours, unlike yahoo.. It might be 3 months with yahoo.

Actually I think there is someone (several someones) who actually do at least scan those as those are reports of bugs in the software.
