Does he have a heat mat under one side of his tank? He needs that for digestion. Also, are your crickets gutloaded? If the crickets aren't being fed properly (which they aren't at pet stores), then they are useless nutrition for the reptile. They sell a powdered gutload or you can order it from www.cricketfood.com. Make sure the crickets aren't too big. As far as vitamins, be sure to have a little dish of plain calcium in his tank, he'll lick at it as needed. You might also try mealworms, small superworms, phoenix worms, etc. Has he had a stool sample checked at the vet, he could be harboring a high parasite count. Here's a good website for additional info:

Make sure it has enough calcium. I took care of a bearded dragon for quite some time and because we didnt dust calcium on the crickets, it basically got a hunchback which made it impossible to eat with. He didnt eat for a while when we took it to the vet. It had to get PUT DOWN :( Make sure it gets calcium! That could be your problem!

Try superworms. Lizards grow much faster and put on weight more quickly than with crickets.
