An incomplete one that has alot is www.theoi.com. It's mixed in with Roman myth's so we'd have to separate. Besides that, I'm a Greek Polytheist (I beleive in those myth's) and would like to help you compile a complete source! I'll email you!

The most complete compilation should be the "Ausfürliches Lexikon der griechisches und römisches Mythologie", a detailed encyclopaedia on the Greek and Roman myths that Wilhelm Heinrich Roscher (Göttingen, 1845- Dresden, 1923) started publishing in 1884. This is 10 volumes in German.

I do not know about all the Greek Mythologly. Books such as "Bulfinches: Mythologly" does give the basic summaries on most of the known myths about the ancient Greek deities. Also often Roman authors such as Virgil, used Greek deities with Roman names to describe myths and legends.

Any myth exists in at least three or four different versions and there is an almost endless list of authors, from Homer ( 800 b.c.) to Nonno of Panopolis ( 400 a.c.) and beyond, who have told stories of gods, heroes and nymphs.. It is quite difficult to collect them all and quite a bit are very contradictory ( e.g. everybody knows that the siege of Troja started because of Helena being kidnapped- or falling in love?- by Paris, but,, according to one version, she never went there but stayed in Egypt, hosted by another king, and stayed faithful to her husband till he came looking for her.. )
the good of a polytheist religion- the coolness of it, so to speak- is exactly that there is no holy book, no revelations, and everything is quite flexible. ;-))
as a Greek poet put it "these stories never happened, but they always existed"
