Do whatever is comforatble for you.
You can leave it, trim it, or totally shave it off.
Most women probably shave them, but I'm not excatly sure. I trim mine in the front and on the "lips" of my vagina I shave it.
And if you are going to shave it use shaving cream and put powder, lotion, vaselin or other stuff on it too keep razor burn and ingrown hairs from occuring. Also, trim it as close to the skin you can first so the hair isnt as thick and messy, and then after being trimmed shave with the hair, or it will HURT.
A warning if you choose to shave it, as it starts to grow back its going to itch. It takes about a month of continous good shaving for it to not be so itchy.

You can start shaving at any time. Some women shave, some women trim. Some do both. Know that the first time you shave, shave in the direction of the hair. You will probably itch like crazy when the hair starts growing back in the first few times. Using a women's shaving cream makes the whole process that much more comfortable.
Good luck.

Well, you are at a normal age for this type of stuff so don't feel weird :-) You can shave it or leave it, it's your choice. I personally shave because it feels much nicer, not to mention nothing embarrasing pops out when I wear a bathing suit! You can use a regular razor like you'd use on your underarms. Everyone says to shave 'with' the direction the hair is growing but I shave in every direction until it is gone! As long as you use shaving cream (they make a 'sensitive' one for women by skintimate..try that) it will be really easy. Good luck!

You're 13. Leave it alone unless you're going swimming and you want to shave it where it would show outside of your suit. It would be better to trim it. I doubt you have that much at your age anyway, but if you insist on shaving it, wet the area and use cream and a fresh razor. Take your time ans shave in an upward stroke as you'll just be shaving the sides. Then rinse off and go swimming.

It's really up to you if you wanna shave or not. If you start having sex it's a good idea but if no one is seeing it, it shouldn't matter weather you do or not. I wasn't sure if I wanted to or not at first. I'm 14. I started cause my best friend did. It gets to be a bother though. When you do it for the first time you feel naked lol. You can use soap if you want and any kind of razor(make sure it's not dull). You shave opposite of the way that it is growing(If if's growing down, you shave up). Good luck!

You don't HAVE to shave anywhere.
I'm 27 and I first shaved there when I was 18, but it was horrible - itchy, got a rash and pimples from the ingrown hairs - looked like I had a nasty STD! I just trim it now - keep it at about 1/2 an inch long. I pluck the ones that would show if I'm wearing a swimsuit.
Unless you plan on flashing your bits at boys, there isn't any reason to shave.

Waxing is better but if you shave then make sure you hold the skin very tight and shave sideways... not upwards. You'll get bumps but that's just what happens and they will go away when you do it for a while. And make sure you use a good sharp razor... dull ones will give you ingrown hairs. Shaving cream is good but it's better just to tan and not use anything... the uv rays in the tanning bed will dry out any bumps you have and you won't get any more. And I wouldn't shave *all* of it, just what would stick out of a bikini.

your young so you really shudnt have to.
but if your going to, dont just start shaving
trim it down so its short, that way it'll be easy to shave .
yes you can use a normal razor.
and its better to go the way the hair does
if you go the opposite way it can hurt
or you could get cut, and also cause more razor burn.
some people shave, some dont.
it depends on what you like.
you dont have to shave all of it either.
if you dont like it if it sticks out of your bathingsuit
or undies or something, then you can just shave certain
areas .
and yes you can use shaving cream .

Don't shave your pubic hair at this young age. If it shows in a swim suit you could take a scissors and trim around where it might show around the legs of your suit. There is plenty of time when you are an adult to deal with having a bit of extra hair...besides...at this age NO ONE should be seeing your pubic area except you!
