Well it all depends on how well you maintain your health. What you place into your body shows up on the outside. If you eat healthy, you will look and feel healthy.
When women age before their time, it is normally because they hang out very late at the clubs or other related types of late entertainment. Smoking and drinking brings on the wrinkles (believe it, or not). Wearing too much make up and not taking proper care of your skin is a big no, no.
Depression and worrying alot about personal matters can age you drastically!! Simple things to do to maintain your beauty and health:
Eat right early in life and continue doing so. Exercise, you don't have to become a fanatic, just walk with a friend through the park or something. But move your body otherwise, in time, fat will accumulate and remain in a particular area.
And no, I know lot's of women from ages 25 to 49 in different occupations who look alot younger than women who are in their early 20's. It is a matter of Genetics too! You are too young to worry your pretty little head about things like this...
just eat right, exercise, and wear little make up, because cosmetics actually changes your skin texture, in other words, it can age you! The cosmetic industry will not tell you this, but it is so true, that is why you do not see models wearing make up outside of their working profession!
Hope this bit of info helped you out..
Don't worry...

I'm 46 and people think I'm in my 30's. My mom didn't get wrinkles until she was in her late 60's. All the people in my family look younger than what we are. Believe it or not, I have a brother who is 70 and he looks like he's my age. he is active, get around and looks great. I guess it depends also how you live your life and what you eat. You have to take care of yourself. Watch out for too much sun, eat healthier and exercise. Also worry and stress causes aging too. But other than that, I feel great and I'm able to run, dance and even have fun with my teenage nieces who think I'm cool.

Oh please.....We all start aging from the moment we are born.
Stop worrying and start enjoying life because you will never be 24 again.
When you get to your 40's you will look back and regret that you worried about wrinkles and sagging in your 20's and 30's.
You need to enjoy every stage of life.
"Old" is a state of mind not the number of wrinkles on your forehead.

For some mid-30s and for others mid-40s. The things that will speed up the aging process - smoking, stress, heavy alcohol or drug use, under-weight, obese, excessive sun exposure, poor nutrition and sometimes the conditions you are forced to live with.
There are some who get through their 40s looking youthful, but they are the exception.

"Looking old" is relative. People still guess me younger than my 30 years. People guess my husband younger than his 30 years. People guess my parents younger than their 65 years and I think my in-laws, who are about five years younger than my parents look older than them. (Health-wise they're "older". Sad, really that they've had health problems and still live on a steady diet of pure junk. I don't consider my parents' diet ovely healthy, but when I visit them for a weekend, I don't have to take a paper grocery bag full of food to ensure that I will eat well.)
I started to find the occasional gray hair when I was in my early 30s. I noticed lines around my eyes in my early 20s (thanks to smoking which I've quit). Now, I don't really see lines, which might be a result of my smoke free life and healthy, whole foods diet.
I think it's dependent on things like genetics, environment and how one takes care of him/herself.
