I haven't been to the doc yet... and I don't think there has been extra stress recently... I don't know, it's just really odd because I know for a fact I ovulated, but the tests say I'm not preg.

well iam in the same boat my period will be 3 weeks late thursday and i have had a million neg hpts and i neg blood test (hcg was 2) 4 days before period was due. i have no idea what is going on. i do know that stress can mess w/ your cycles but i have not been under any stress this month. have u been under any more stress than normal? have you had blood test done? blood test are more accurate than a home test but i would recomend the quantitative( tell exact amount of hcg) so u know for sure the other test you hacg has to be 25 or higher.

I would guess that you have developed a corpus luteum cyst--here's info--
"This kind of cyst is also called a functional cyst, or simple cyst. If a follicle fails to rupture and release the egg, the fluid remains and can form a cyst in the ovary. This usually affects 1 of the ovaries. Small cysts (smaller than one-half inch) may be present in a normal ovary while follicles are being formed. Ovarian cysts affect women of all ages. Ovarian cysts are considered functional (or physiologic). In other words, they have nothing to do with disease. Most ovarian cysts are benign, meaning they are not cancerous, and many disappear on their own in a matter of weeks without treatment. Cysts occur most often during a woman's childbearing years"-- http://www.emedicinehealth.com/ovarian_cysts/article_em.htm
