If you paid a website for downloading ability, then what you downloaded is yours for personal use only. You should be able to make a backup copy. If you're planning on making money from selling someone elses copyrighted videos or music, you cant do that!

not sure....but you could always burn them on a cd then rip them back on your computer if they dont....
