Exactly, it's at
3333 Blue Diamond Road
Las Vegas NV. 89139
Silverton is about 4 miles South of Mandalay Bay - Take I-15 south - get off at Blue Diamond Road - Immediately get in the far left hand lane, turn left at the first light, again, get in the far left hand lane. Turn left at the first light. Stay in the left hand lane, turn left at the stop sign, into the parking lot of Silverton/Bass Pro Shop.
I spent 12 nights at Silverton last month.
The Divers feed the Manta Rays every afternoon, it seems like the times were around 2:30pm - 4:30pm & 6:30pm - Thursday through Sunday from 2pm until 7pm they also have a couple of mermaids that alternate swimming with the fish.

The Silverton Hotel and Casino is 300 room hotel casino located off of I-15 at Blue Diamond Rd. as people enter the Las Vegas valley. Located on an 80 acre site, the casino's market is tourists driving in from California. The casino also includes an RV park. The 60,000 square foot casino is set in a western motiff.
With the 2004 renovation, the property took on more of a water theme. This includes a 117,000 gallon salt water aquarium with Mermaids who perform shows. At the same time, a 145,000 square foot Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World was added. Due to its size and location, it has become a tourist attraction.

The Silverton does have a saltwater aquarium. The hotel/casino
is located at the Blue Diamond Rd - Dean Martin Drive intersection. If you're coming from the strip, take I -15 south to the Blue Diamond exit. Make a right at the top of the ramp, go to the first light, make a left. The first light after that, make another left & you're in the parking lot!

The other answerers have it at Blue Diamond Road. The city is all the way out there now. There's a big outlet mall out there and all kinds of stuff to do. Enjoy!
