Ectoplasm is what ghost and demons use to help the materializes, In order for them to be seen by human eyes..... Now I have seen them use so much that it is dripping off of them onto the floor... But when we able to get to that spot all we found is that the floor was sometime damp or wet and when we cut pieces out of that rug to get samplings and sent it in to a major laboratory be tested they stated that is was a form of ectoplasm... So yes ectoplasm is a very real substance......................................................................................

There is one in my parents house. We're not sure if it is an ectoplasm, a ghost or what but people have seen something under the stairs to the first floor. It's hard to explain. Most of the people who had their wits scared out of themselves won't admit to it because it wouldn't fit with who they are ;-) Never seen it myself, though.

I've seen what many of us call ectoplasm; but if you're asking about the sticky goopy crap...dunno, ain't seen that one yet.

I take you mean the stuff that spiritualists are supposed to exude(it has another meaning).Some people say it is really just muslin cloth to fool the gullible.It seems strange that after a hundred years of spiritualism that there is still doubt upon this issue.

Yes. Well, it really depends on what you believe in. Believe in ghosts? Then yeah, it's real. Don't believe? Then maybe it's real.
