a weakened military, inept intelligence, the effects of NAFTA free trade with China and Vietnam.the biggest problem of President Bush administration, the nation of Iraq. President Clinton was going to do something but his team was shouted down in Columbus, of course had no troubling bombing Iraq during impeachment.

OK...but why stop...he also inherited sane environmental policies, a surplus, etc., etc.
