It depends I guess.
I am still waiting to have my first one.
I can't relax, and let loose.
But it only takes me 3-5 minutes to get to the area in which I can have an orgasm.

Not only does this differ from one woman to another, but from situation to situation, partner to partner and circumstances also account for MUCH.
Are you concerned about something more specific? Your ability to experience it?
Look up "female sexual response" on the web and read a bit. This should help you understand even more than your question but this is all stuff good to know.

how long is an orgasm do you mean: it can last froom 10 seconds to a couple minutes but there isn't a time of how long it happens when your really in pleasure

totally up to the woman and whom she is having relations with. some people are brought to orgasm from other stimulations, such as nipple stimulation etc. don't sweat it, enjoy trying to find out what works for you.
