He didn't have anyone else to marry. He didn't marry any Daughters he married 1st Leto who was more like a cousin and a Titan and had Artemis and Apollo. Then he married his sister Hera and had the rest of the Olympians. Zues was a reflection of the people who whorshipped him and in Royal Houses of the Ancient world a King marrying a sister wasn't actually that uncommon. In fact one of the Seven Wonders of the world is a monument for such a king from a Sister/Wife. The Masoleum.

No, he was a god, and things were different in their world. His daughter, Athena, sprang fully formed from his head - that was her birth. You can't rationalise these things according to our own standards as mortals (i.e. non-gods) and 21st-century citizens.

you also have to look at the tenets during their "time." it was normal and not shunned upon in their society i guess you would call it. but as we look into the stories of mythology, we apply our standards and our sense of morality. thats where the criticism comes from.
