20°C is 68°F - that's one of the few conversions I know off the top of my head ;);)

The others are:
0°C is 32°F (the freezing point of water)
100°C is 212°F (the boiling point of water)
and 37°C is 98.6°F (body temperature)

To simplify, the formula is:

°F = (°C × 1.8) + 32

That is correct.
When f=68, c=(f-32)*5/9=20, in celsius degree
