It begins mid to late August. Amherst Pepsi Center. It is free.

Training camp usually starts around Labor Day, perhaps a little after that. Sessions are often held in HSBC Arena, although they do get moved around when necessary.
The workouts are free and announced ahead of time. Keep an eye on sabres.com for information as it approaches.

Rumor is camp will open September 5th. Hasnt been confirmed yet. I am sure WGR, as well as the Buffalo news will announce it any day now.
