mommy & daddy have sex.
daddy puts his penis in mommy's vagina.
it feels good for daddy so whitish stuff (sperm) squirts out from his penis into mommy's vagina.
the sperm gets into an egg that is waiting in mommy's vagina.
the egg is fertilized when daddy's sperm gets into mommy's egg.
then it grows into a baby inside of mommy's tummy.
then comes back out thru mommy's vagina when it grows big enough.
= baby.

They come out of the man's penis as sperm, travel through the vagina and implant into the womans egg that is released from her ovaries. Then once implanted, the egg travels through the fallopian tubes and makes it's way to the uterus then nine months later it either comes out the womans vagina or her lower stomach if a c-section.
