Ah yes, the showmanship and theatrics of the left wing.
They'll show America they're serious about Iraq by burning the midnight oil (and beyond)....
an all night debate....BFD!!!...the Dems are simply trying to justify their existence.

Just how fresh and responsive and clear-thinking do they expect to be at 4 a.m. tomorrow morning?

Cots on the Senate floor?
Hey wait....Washington?.. ..cots?.. ..connections to Madams?.. ..all-nighter?...uh oh!
This is going to be good.

Oh, my question?
I dunno...what's your opinion on this overtime, Washington style?

What a freakin' laugh. Just goes to show you the depth of the idiocy politicians will go to prove what? They can't solve anything when they are awake! How can a sleep-over help? I can hear it now. Lights out. Question whispered out of the darkness: "Hey Russ, going to change your mind on the Iraq question"? Answer: "F--k you." There's nothing like a slumber party to bring out the worst in what is already chaotic and hopeless. Sheesh. We are being governed by true maroons.

The best part is after announcing the all nighter they also announced the weren't expecting to accomplish anything by it.
Dems are really just not much use anymore when the best they can do for the citizens is have a Slumber Party, why would anybody pick one?

I suppose their Valiant(LOL) efforts will impress those who live a cushy lifestyle as some great sacrifice. The event will probably be catered though. They will have a roof over their heads and a cot to sleep on. I've seen alot worse nights.Their just posing as usual as far as I'm concerned.

I don't get it either...A Congressional sleepover?
They are trying to end the war in Iraq, for our own good, mind you, by quitting. They are just politicians acting like generals. They didn't even sleep in a Holiday Inn last night.
All they are worried about is getting re-elected, regardless of what's best, or necessary for the country. It's like watching a fistfight on the bridge of the Titanic.
Their Motto: "We won't quit until you do".

Big deal! Yeah, this is the real thing! Puhleeeze! The Republicans did it recently - their 'sleep-over' choice? Judicial appointments. What a joke. The good thing? While they are goofing around and playing 'short sheet' they aren't voting to spend another 40 billion bucks.

She is working around the bush attempting to guard her very own seat, it is pushing Republicans to call for a reality cost. all of us know Pelosi is mendacity, and knew what became happening. yet being briefed approximately torture innovations, and honestly COMMITTING torture are 2 relatively some issues. Pelosi would desire to apply her place and get a reality cost working. She'll would desire to step down particular and enable the extensive kind 2 take her seat, yet perhaps we are going to be waiting to handle our conflict CRIMINALS. somebody needs to circulate to detention center. The Bush administration tortured people to attempt and get them to admit a connection between Al Queda and Iraq.. its not that difficult to connect the dots.. Arguing semantics of no count if what became performed is torture or not is soo juvenile. Its pathetic. somebody needs to fry huge time for this, and if the Democrats would desire to lose Pelosi to get it performed so be it.

They're probably gonna vote themselves a pay raise too while they're there. Considering they'll probably put in more work during this "hardcore" overnight session than they do all year otherwise.

I got an idea, let the Generals handle the War, and give them the funding they need to do what they feel is the best path.
