If you wanna try to tackle this job yourself you should be aware that your truck "WILL" need a new alignment after readjusting the torsion bars. first place your truck on level ground, apply parking break, place jack centered under front cross member of truck, jack truck to desired height, (use jack stands for safety) rotate torsion cam bolts to the right equal times until extended pressure is felt lower truck and evaluate your new hight good luck and play it safe

Adjusting the torsion bars is very easy, adjusting them properly is tough, if you raise the front end too much you will have increased tire wear,
look under the cab you will see the bars, at the back of the bars you will see a bolt will a lock nut, loosen the nut and tighten the bolt 1/2 a turn at a time, drive back and forth to release any pressure the adjustment caused, repeat this until you reach the height you want.

look about mid way under your truck where the torsion bars connect. in side of that cross member you will fins a bolt " one on each side " tighten this bolt use equal number of turns for each side you should be able to raise the front end one to two inches by doing this
