If Vick does get charged, found guilty for his despicable crime of Dog Fighting and actually raising the dogs and training them. Will the NFL and its new Commissioner Suspend one of the leagues premier players??
I would hope they would I think what he has done is beyond foul, he should be banned from the NFL.

Absolutely! I think he will be suspended at some point. Goddell wants to clean up the NFL and punishing Vick will set a good example.

As a dog owner, I think dog fighting is deplorable. If he is found guilty, they should put him in the pen with the fighting dogs he sponsored. Lets see who wins.

With Mike Vick having no previous run ins with the law the commissioner, Roger Goddell, will wait until he has gone through the judicial process before acting. With Goddell wanting to set a precident on behavior, and after already suspending Adam "Pacman" Jones for one year without even being convicted of a crime it is my personal opinion that he will set an example with Vick and suspend him for at least one year if found guilty of animal cruelty and possibly longer if it is proven that he did what he was accused of in his indictment.

I think Ron Mexico will get suspended 8-16 games. That's based on what the league has already done with the Pacman, Chris Henry, and Tank Johnson.

If he is found guilty, 5 years easy, so a fine or ban is the last thing on Mr. Vicks mind

Let's marinate him in blood overnight, then let the coward duke it out with all of the dogs he tortured in a cage match.

He makes millions and the best way for him to kill time is by holding dog fights? He a hell of a roll model for kids to follow. Hope he gets sh!t-canned from the NFL and loses all of his sponsors forever before he does six years hard time.

well Michael Vick was indicted by a federal grand jury today. according to nfl rules on suspensions and bans he needs to be convicted b4 any punishment can happen.
I think he should be suspended for 2 years.
this will put him out of his prime and really hurt his wallet

I hope they throw him in jail, and suspend him, anything less wouldn't be right, but oh thats right he is an NFL football player so they will likely just throw the sentence away saying it was a big misunderstanding

First off, I would like to say that HE HASN'T BEEN CONVICTED OF ANYTHING! INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY! Therefore, you shouldn't be judging him.

That being said, he will probably follow the road we all know and love known as "Adam 'Pacman' Jones Lane", where Goddell will come down hard on him. Pacman hasn't been convicted of anything (yet), but is still out for the whole year, unless reinstated, which is unlikely. Vick will probably fall under the same microscope, and be slapped for at least 6 games, if not more.

He'll be suspended for the year if he is sent to prison...Hey, Falcons...Daunte Culpepper got cut by the Dolphins, and you need a QB since you lamely traded away Matt Schaub...

as much as i hate to say it, yes he will. if he did do it, then throw him out of the league. i am a Virginia tech fan & atlanta fan. so my heart wants hime on my team. but as a dog lover, he has to go. i hate to say it but if pac-man is gone a year then vick needs to be gone as well.
