I shower with warm water because really hot water isnt good for your skin

barely warm, better for the skin and feels better to me, I hate all the steam in the shower after a hot shower and I can't see why anyone would want to bathe in cold water...

warm usually. but if its winter an dim really cold ill take a hot shower and in the summer if i get really hot or whatever ill take a cold shower

Water so hot you would scream so loudly they would hear you down on the first floor, and then off to a good night's sleep in a fully air conditioned bedroom. I go through this routine every evening, and I breathe so much better in the room with the air conditioning, and the hot shower makes me into Rubber Man. (Totally relaxes me.) This is just my way of getting a perfect night's sleep, night after night. I'll bet you get some great answers to your question. - Chris!
