no u cannot. the only think u can change in most laptops are memory, hard drive, and optical drive. get a better laptop

most likely you are goin to have to buy a new computer if you want a better processor
older laptops and laptops now are kind of complicated to replace or add new hardware because they have so many screws that need to be taken out so the hardware can be accessed. you might be able to get a new processor and find someone that can replace it for you, but you might need to update other hardware you have such as your RAM.

If you go to dell.com and go to the support link, you can enter your serial number and see available hardware upgrades.
