..I would think that even Yahoo answers could have redirected the question....but I suppose that's typical of the way they treat this site..

You are lucky to get any reply at all, Many of us on 360 are having dreadful problems with overloaded messages tha t we cant delete, some have never been delivered and I have tried to join Uk Older lesbians(having to wait weeks for moderators decision to let you join?.I'm 63 for gods sake, not a child), and have written numerous times to ask why/advice, but to no avail, not even an automatic response...

The customer service in all departments is pitiful !!

I agree they should divide it between kids and adults. I read allot of post that contain material that is too mature for kids. I also read allot of posts that uses terrible language. However, I am concerned that if they divide it then kids may not have a forum to get questions answered by adults since adults may not go into the kids section. For instance, a kid may want to know why is the sky blue. Other kids may not have the scientific background to answer this question. And adults may not log into the kids section. So their question may go unanswered. Also, anytime you label anything on the internet as 'Adult' section people interpret that as porn. So people may respond accordingly. Then Yahoo may lose the sincere customers. So I agree that they should divide it. But hopefully they can come up with a good strategy to divide it so that kids can get their question answered also and adults will have a safe place to feel comfortable to post mature questions and answers.

haha I love yahoo because they are so helpful with customer service. Always willing to go that extra mile to make you feel warm and special... Oh wait no they hate us all and don't give a crap what any of us are doing. Unless we are a troll and go into the GBLT section, then slam all the gay people. Then I think they print out the questions/answers and read it at the company christmas party or animal sacrificing... :)

That's ridiculous. I've noticed a "surge" of spam recently myself. I hit the "spam" button, and two more crap sites appear, like the hydra.

I gave up on even trying to hit the "spam" button, because nothing really works; hitting just seems to encourage them.

If I only had a phone number to these "yahoos" ... my patience is wearing thin with all of Yahoo's anti-services.

When AOL got too big to handle, they lost a load of users. I predict this will happen with Yahoo as well.

I wonder that myself...that makes absolutely no sense. I have not had the email issue you've told us about, but why would your suggestion be removed?
