look yourself in the mirror and ask. do it in privacy and get ready for the emotional waterfall. This does work and being true to yourself can be hard to do but very well worth it.

Everyone has fears. Even the bravest person. Just remember that bravery is not the absence of fear; it is willingness to do something despite the fear. Most times that means just jumping in there and taking that chance. What do you really have to lose by not doing so?

Do you mean bravery? Bravely is an adverb to describe something.. not something you have like guts or courage.
Go with your instincts.

you try small things first so that small successes can help to build your confidence and that will help you to feel more secure. Think about what you will gain, not about what it is you fear and it is true when you face your fears you learn they are not as big and bad as you though.

look deep down and think whats the worst that can happen. If it's bad pass over it. But you'll never get over fear if you don't try, right?

Remember to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Stand up for what you believe in if not then you agree with what is going on.
