Hello,

I'm starting high school this fall, is there a big change in how the students change from being immature to mature... I know there is still some immature students there but do most of them change......Like 10 11 12 graders . I know the freshman year some students might be alittle crazy. But do they mature?

Thanks

In my tranisiton from middle school to high school, the biggest change in maturity I noticed was the decrease of teasing and making fun of other students. There will always be those students that never seem to grow up, even long after high school! lol Once you get into senior year, a lot of students realize how judgemental cliques can be, and everyone seems to appriciate each other more. No matter what, you will enjoy high school so much! Believe me, I just graduated this summer- it goes so fast! Best of luck with everything, work hard, and have fun!

High school is a lot more fun and interesting than middle school. You are treated less like children, and there are more activities like dances, assemblies, and the ball games. Most kids start driving, which opens up opportunities to hang out with your buddies and go places on the weekend too. The bad news is more homework, but I think most people see their high school and/or college years as the best times of their life. Why are you so worried about who is mature though? Each person will mature in his or her own way and his or her own time. Why should that matter to you? Just be yourself, be tolerant of others, study hard, and have fun!

It has been 30 years since that happened for me.
The last four years of school are the most remembered EVEN if you were shy!
High School has so much going on compaired to middle school that later, all the oldie adults ALWAYS talk about WISHING they could do it all over again.
My own shyness kept me from exploring. Don't EVEN let that happen! IF I could do it over again. I would have been a bit more on top of homework, cause honestly, it only takes about 15 minutes TOPS on an average week day to get AAAAA's!
I would have gotten into EVERY club that interested me. I became a writer later in life. I DID take photography, but I wanted to be on the year book staff. Would have sped up my life a bit!
As far as the popularity contest and pressures! MAKE your mark in your own way... EVERY single PERSON there is uptight about how they are looked upon. Some just hide it well! Four years is over in a FLASH! There is too much fun to be had to waist any of it on worries!
COMEDY... ACTING! I work in these fields now as a professional and the only time I spent any time NEAR Drama class is when I dated Kym. (oh, Kym!). Entertainment is the coolest and best money making field dummies like you and me could ever get into... and for four years, there it was, staring me in the eyes!
Get ready to have fun! Most of your last four years in this FORCED general school system has lead to this point, and this is where it actually get fun for YOU! There are very rich people who would trade millions of dollars to trade places with you, just for the chance to go to high school again!
Good luck... and go kick some ***!

High School is full of great new surprises. Freshman year is the only year you can goof off, maybe even your Sophmore year. Lately, the nation demands more rigorous work in order to prepare high school students for college. Junior and Senior years are no time for goofing off. You can bet that by that time most of your fellow classmates will have matured and accepted that they have many redponsiblities as young adults. I hope this helps.

it is not something like what you spot in the action pictures. before everything that's somewhat overwhelming yet purely bear in innovations it gets better. i'm a rookies this twelve months and there are variations from middle college and extreme college. i'm loving extreme college a lot greater over middle college because of the fact i admire being with older and greater mature human beings of distinctive a protracted time. you would be nice as long as you nonetheless learn/do homework and put in the attempt. those are my substantial suggestion; learn what the instructor components, take notes, assessment for tests, do your homework, pay interest, the time-honored! additionally, attempt and stay prepared, that's going to truly help. ultimately, attempt and experience it while you may! i can not have faith my first semester of it somewhat is already coming to an end yet in spite of this i'm variety of chuffed because of the fact meaning in straightforward terms one greater semester till summer season! stable success!

When you get into highschool, you definitely change. Most people change for the good. I wouldn't say that you'll get any more mature, but you'll learn about yourself a lot more. Most of my friends have changed for the better, and I, myself, have certainly changed quite a bit. I'll be in 10th grade this September, I'm too excited for my own good.

Enough of them do to make things a lot more pleasant. During middle school, everyone is hormone-crazed. I'm not saying that it all goes away in high school, but people learn how to handle themselves a little better.

High school is better, but more competitive.

Just try to be yourself and try new things, like sports or clubs. Also try to have a trustworthy group of friends.
