but couldnt access the link, I contacted the Bank just to be told they were fraudulent & "ignore" them, I was screwing down the phone asking why all customers hadn't been notified, he did say they were in the middle of doing this which is useless to me as I sent my details. I insisted he mail me to confirm what he had said & also that I wasn't notified of the fraud so can't be held accountable if anything happends. I need to know if there is anything I can do about these, like report them, also do I delete or keep them? & what happends if my ID is used? Thanks Guys.

I know I was rude to this poor guy, he didn't deserve to get the brunt of it & yes its only right I appologise, I got his name so will do it first thing, again you are right, it is my own fault for not looking into them properly before filling them in, hopefully it isn't going to cost me dearly, I don't own credit cards which is the one good thing & I am going to find out all I can on internet security ect.. so I dont get caught like this again, thanks for being helpfull & honest, just the kick up butt I needed !!

you need to make sure that you add the address of the email sent to you to your spam list then they should automatically delete any further ones before you actually recieceve them.
Then you need to change bank details and apologise to the person you spoke to.also keep the e-mails in your inbox for future reference or if the bank needs them then you can forward them on to the bank

save them. also why didn't the rep say they would put a hold on your account till they changed account number's? so call em back and tell them to do so right away. have em mark the old account as fraud so if anyone tries to use it, it will popup a fruad alert when someone tries to use your info and they can hopefully be caught. call and cancel any and all credit card's aswell and ask for new one's. unfortunately your kinda in a hard place right now. i feel sorry for you.
also never reply to any email like that, most site's will just send you an email saying confirm your informationa dn you click a link and they already have all info. what they did to you is called phishing. it';s were someone has you give them info they would have never otherwise gotten.

You got phished. Scammers do this to get personal info to rip you off. Change all your bank account numbers immediately. If it's not already too late. If they decide to, they can use your id info anyway they wish. Contact all your credit card companies and tell them what happened immediately. Save the info, and call the local law to see who to contact for identity theft and internet scamming/phishing. It may be that they can trace the culprits from the info in the e-mails. Never ever give personal info with out calling the institution first.

NEVER reply to any email like this! I recieve email all the time from "banks" I never have done business with.

You may or may not be screwed because you replied. Ask to have your banking information changed so that it can not be used in scam.

It is not THEIR fault that YOU replied to a false email.

You just got phished. Why don't you take some personal responsibility for your own actions, instead of blaming others!
