I thought Bitores Mendez was freaky as hell. When he split in half, and started jumping all around above me, it was quite scary!

the chainsaw man. the regenerators are kind of scary, espeacially when you hear them shiver from afar, but once you know what ur doing, u can easily kill them. the chainsaw guys on the other hand r really scary because u can hear the running of the motor, and they take so much ammo, and so much time to knock down, plus when they are like: Whaa! it freaks me out.

i think the regenerators. just their movements are all twitchy, they make that noise, their arms can extend really far, some of them have spikes on them, they r hard to kill
